Owned and operated by Lamar Wallace. Mr. Wallace is a loving father of Madison (Mad) and Mackenzie (Mac) for which the company is named after. Born in Kansas City, Missouri so yes Mr. Wallace sure does love his Kansas City Royals and Chiefs. Spending half his life in Missouri and the other half in the Carolinas Mr. Wallace created Mad Macs to share a piece of his home with you. Every menu item is an extension of Mr. Wallace's home to yours. Mr. Wallace received his culinary degree from Johnson & Wales university in Charlotte, NC and with over 13+ years in the food industry working for various establishments Mad Mac's is a culmination of a dream that Mr. Wallace sought out to share his love and passion for food for all to enjoy.
